practical tips

how to prepare:

  • This is a full-day trip that starts early in the morning, so try to get a good night’s rest before the big day.

  • Wear light, comfortable clothes and shoes, as there will be some walking throughout the day. We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, and maybe a hat, especially in the summer. In winter, layering is key as mornings can be mild, but sometimes it tends to get windy and cold.

  • Don’t forget to charge your phone or camera; you’ll want to capture some moments (and maybe a few delicious memories).

  • Please avoid open-toe shoes as well as long clothes that drag on the floor, as we’ll be visiting the fish market, and the floors there can get wet.

  • Come curious and open-minded. Every stop has its own story, and you’re encouraged to ask questions and engage with our hosts.
