Join us in the first workshop of the Matbakh Lebnan series. In this workshop, we will spend the night with Ahmad Altrabolsi who will be offering us an intimate and heartfelt cooking class that goes beyond just recipes—it’s a journey into his family’s rich heritage and food traditions. Growing up between the ancient streets of Tyre/Sour and the storied village of Yanouh, believed to be one of Noah’s stops, Ahmad brings to life the flavors and stories of his coastal Mediterranean roots. Together, you’ll craft seasonal dishes inspired by southern Lebanon’s renowned cuisine, including the art of making your own labneh. Each participant will take home a hand-made labneh sac, allowing you to recreate this cherished tradition in your own kitchen. This experience is not just about cooking—it’s about connecting with the soul of a culture, one story and one bite at a time.
