SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
What We Offer
Bellies En-route offers culinary experiences and tours around Downtown Cairo and Heliopolis. Our tours are walking tours that cover food stops and culture stops. Guests get to taste local dishes at different restaurants, so guest must arrive to the tour hungry. This tour can easily be planned to replace lunch or dinner plans.
Languages
Our tours are officially offered only in English. If your guests do not speak English, you may book a private tour and have your own guide join them for translation purposes. We are not responsible in cases of clients not understanding English. The agency must notify Bellies En-route upon booking if guests are non English-speaking and your guide can only join private tours, not group tours.
Meeting Point
Bellies En-route has a designated meeting point for each of its tours. We do not offer any transportation options for the guests, this must be handled by the agency, not Bellies En-route.
Working Days & Vacations
Bellies En-route officially offers tours from Saturday to Thursday. We do not offer tours on Fridays. We recommend checking the day of the week before setting the date.

How You Can Prepare
1. Agents/agencies are encouraged to arrange drop-off and pick-up for their guests. Tours don’t always take the same exact amount of time, so kindly inform the agency driver and representative that the tour can take up to 5 hours to plan their time accordingly.
2. It’s the agency’s responsibility to ensure that not lunch/dinner is planned too close to the tour time as this will affect the guest experience.
How Commissions are Calculated
Your commission is deducted from the ticket price before the VAT is added. The 14% VAT is added based on the original ticket price, not the ticket price after commission.
