Can I book aN EXPERIENCE for only 1 guest?
Yes, we can run private experiences with 1 guest and the price is according to the tiered pricing. Please refer to each experience’s page for the most up-to-date prices.
Your guest can also join a group experience, however, if the minimum number of 2 guests is not reached, you will need to upgrade to a private tour.
What’s the best time to book for my guests?
Our availability is seasonal but we can’t always guarantee there will be space available in peak seasons like Christmas week and New Year’s. We recommend confirming your booking ASAP to have flexibility in choosing the best time for your client’s itinerary. We continue growing our team to accept as many bookings as possible.

Cairo’s streets are unfortunately not easy to navigate for participants in need of wheelchair accessible spaces. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but please be sure to speak to our team to ensure setting the right expectations with your guests.

While our space is wheelchair accessible, our kitchen is not setup to accommodate guests on wheelchairs during the cooking segments. However, guests can be accommodated with a special setup in our dining space.

Tahrir Square, Bab El Louk (Mansour, Tahrir & Bustan streets), Hoda Shaarawy, Talaat Harb, Oraby Square, Souq El Azbakeya, and the intersection of 26th of July and Talaat Harb.
Can I bring a translator to the experience if the guests speak an unavailable language?
Our cooking classes are held in our Downtown kitchen space in 22 Abdelkhalik Tharwat street, 2nd floor, apartment 3. Please note that our space is only open with prior appointments or bookings.

Yes, of course, please inform us upon booking. Please note that translators can only join on private tours to prevent any disruptions to our guests on group tours.
Can our guide/rep join the tour?
Yes, your guide is welcome, and a 600 EGP fee is added to cover the extra food costs and prevent awkwardness between our guides and yours.
What happens if my client notifies me about an allergy?
Please refer to the allergy section on each experience page so you can set expectations with your guests.
It is crucial to inform our team via email upon/after booking. For cooking classes, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure ingredient availability. For tours, please give us a 24 hour notice if not disclosed upon booking.

How do I know the price of the tour and our agency’s commission?
The rates of each experience are included on the relevant experience’s page. Custom experiences require custom quotations, please refer to the booking email thread for your exact breakdown.
