الورشة دي هتكون مليانة أطباق خفيفة ومميزة للموسم، وهنكتشف فيها طريقة عمل الطاجن اللبناني بنكهات مختلفة، وكمان أنواع متعددة من المتبل، بالإضافة لأطباق صيفية مبتكرة وحلوى منعشة نختم بيها الليلة

Sahtein: A Lebanese Cooking Workshop – Southern Flavors for Summer

Join us for a new session in our Lebanese culinary series with chef Ahmad Al Trabolsi, who returns with a fresh set of vibrant, summery recipes from the heart of southern Lebanon. Ahmad grew up between the old streets of Tyre and the village of Yanouh—said to be one of Prophet Noah’s ancient stops—carrying with him a rich family heritage and stories from the Mediterranean coast.

In this workshop, we’ll dive into light, seasonal dishes perfect for summer. You’ll learn how to make Lebanese-style tajins, explore different variations of moutabbal, and prepare refreshing southern dishes—topped off with a cool, summery dessert to wrap up the evening.

This isn’t just a cooking class—it’s a cultural journey through stories, flavors, and shared moments around the table.
