JUNIOR CUSTOMER & AGENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME)

We’re looking for a friendly individual to join our team as a Junior Customer & Agent Support Representative. This is a full-time remote role open to individuals residing in Cairo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to all guest and partner inquiries and requests via email and the business Whatsapp account, and occasionally phone calls in a variety of situations.
Confirm or deny booking requests based on guide availability and operational capacity, while working closely with the operations team.
Assign team members to their respective confirmed tours and manage the backend calendars.
Manage bookings, waitlists, cancellations and refunds on our dedicated booking system.
Provide adequate information to guests and partners to enable them to complete their bookings successfully.
Work closely with our accountant to send invoices to agents and share proof of payment internally.
Keep track of and update fulfilled tours via spreadsheets ensuring all cancellations are documented.
Keep our internal knowledge base up-to-date as the business grows and the role progresses.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Is a natural helper, who can clearly communicate details while staying friendly and is generous with providing information.
Has a collaborative spirit and is able to work with a diverse group of guests, team mates and agency representatives.
Is highly organized, ensuring bookings are aligned with operating capacity and all customers requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Is reliable and accountable, especially while working individually from home.
Has a growth mindset and continues to grow and learn within this position.

This position is only open to individuals who can speak both English and Arabic fluently.
While this is a remote position, expect to visit our Downtown office occasionally for team meetings, brainstorming and gatherings about once a month.
You will be provided with a laptop and phone for work purposes.
This is a full time position requiring your availability from 10 am to 6 pm (Cairo time) from Sunday to Thursday. Occasionally, minimal work is required on weekends in time-sensitive matters related to next-day bookings. You will have full support from our team in such cases.

No, we will have meetings from time to time which you will need to attend physically.
