Custom Cooking Classes for 11-20 Guests
about the Experience
For larger groups, we split the guests into 2-4 stations depending on the group size, with a home cook guiding every station. The flow of the experience will include hands-on elements supported by quick demonstrations as well. Our team preps the food in advance to ensure a smoother and more time efficient experience for your guests.
While the market tour is available, we recommend skipping it due to the large group size and/or presence of children, however, the decision is the guests' and we're happy to accommodate their preference either way.
Menu
Samboosak with cheese: Pastry sheets and filling prepared in advance; guests will fill and fold with our chefs’ guidance.
Mahshi dolma: Our team preps the rice and vegetables; guests learn to stuff and layer the mahshi for cooking.
Baladi salad: Prepared in advance as a vegetarian option; dressing demonstrated during class.
Kofta Daoud Basha: Beef and sauce prepped ahead; guests shape the meatballs and join in as it cooks.
Rice with vermicelli: Demonstration only.
Atayef: Guests choose from nut, coconut-raisin, or eshta fillings.
